Dress Code
  • Must wear long-sleeved shirt and cowboy hat/helmet UNLESS you are wearing a Piper Faust shirt (except in KK Run for Vegas Qualifiers). No hat required if you are wearing a Piper Faust shirt. Shirts are sold in the silent auction area.
  • Jeans and riding boots/shoes required.
Refunds
  • No refunds for exhibitions.
  • Draw out before draw posts for a full refund, minus credit card fees.
  • Draw out after draw posts and get full refund minus $10 office charge and credit card fees.
  • No refunds after first horse runs each day.
  • To draw out/request a refund: email [email protected]. If you do not receive a response, you have not drawn out!
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the race. If you paid by credit card, refund will be issued to the card you paid with. We will mail checks for other refunds.
Deadlines
  • ​Pre-entry draw posts: late night on Sunday, March 29
  • Online entries will stay open throughout event. You must be entered and fees paid by March 27 to be included in the pre-entry draw. After that, enter online or on site until the last runner runs. No late fees.
