  • April 18: First Jacky Martin Memorial Futurity payment due.
  • May 18: Postmark deadline for mail in entries & check payments;  After May 18 postmark deadline, no mail in entries will be accepted - only online or onsite entries will be accepted. 
  • May 18: Final deadline for AQHA entries. AQHA papers, copies of membership cards, and entry fee payments must be submitted to be included in the AQHA classes. 
  • May 18: 2nd payment & entry deadline for Jacky Martin Memorial Futurity entries without late fee. 
  • May 25: (late evening) pre-entry draw posts
  • June 1: Noon - Online entries close. You can enter onsite per rules.
  • June 2: 9:00 AM - deadline for futurity entries & futurity changes
  • Pole Bending, Destiny in Diapers, Youth Championship Barrels, Super Senior Championships, Adult Race, and Open 4D Barrels: Entry must be received and paid for by May 23 at 11:59 PM to be included in pre-entry draw.
  • Pole Bending, Destiny in Diapers, Youth Championship Barrels, Super Senior Championships, Adult Race final entry deadline - when first runner runs in each class
  • Thursday and Sunday Open 4D Barrel Races (including Derby & 5 year old Futurity): final entry deadline: Last 25 runners
