Eligibility
  • Futurity is open to any horse which is foaled 2016 or later.
  • To enter the Futurity, horse must not have competed at any barrel race prior to November 15, 2020.
  • Owner may enter more than one horse. Owner does not have to ride. Rider may be male or female.
  • Horse papers must list the name of the current owner. 
  • All prize money will be paid to the horse owner on registration papers at time of show.
  • Open to all breeds of registered horses. Grade horses are eligible with a vet certification of proof of age.

Entry Form & Fees
  • Entry fee is $435 (stall is NOT included)
  • ​Payment Schedule
    • Payment #1: $200 postmarked by December 28, 2020.
    • Payment #2: $235 postmarked by February 1, 2021.
    • Late entries will be accepted after February 1, 2020 with a $100 late fee.
  • Entry form MUST BE accompanied by:
    • 2 copies of horse's papers (we will not make copies on site)
    • Triple Crown form, if applicable 
Format
  • There will be two go rounds, no short go, and champion is decided by the fastest average time.
  • Futurity qualifying rounds will be paid in 2D format with a whole second split.
  • Payoff will be progressive.
  • Payment must accompany nomination.
  • 80% payout of entry fee, 100% added money to pot.

Changes/Substitutions
  • No refunds.
  • Substitutions are allowed by February 10, 2021.
  • All substitutions will be $150, must be for the same owner.
  • No buyouts.
