From Lance Graves: "At this time, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the LGI Legacy Finale and the Lance Graves International Barrel Race scheduled for June 1-4, 2023 will have to be postponed till a tentative date in August. More details will follow in a few days when all details are confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to anyone. We appreciate all the sponsors and contestants understanding that this could not be avoided. We will be posting some new and exciting things in a few days and look forward to seeing everyone and a fantastic barrel race. I appreciate all the years of support Thank you."

  • ​May 19: Postmark deadline for mail in entries & check payments;  After May 19 postmark deadline, no mail in entries will be accepted - only online or onsite entries will be accepted. 
  • May 23: Final deadline for AQHA entries. AQHA papers, copies of membership cards, and entry fee payments must be submitted to be included in the AQHA classes. 
  • May 25: (late evening) pre-entry draw posts
  • May 31: Noon - Online entries close. You can enter onsite per rules.
  • June 1: 9:00 AM - deadline for futurity entries & futurity changes
  • Pole Bending, Destiny in Diapers, Youth Championship Barrels, Super Senior Championships, Adult Race, and Open 4D Barrels: Entry must be received and paid for by May 23 at 11:59 PM to be included in pre-entry draw.
  • Pole Bending, Destiny in Diapers, Youth Championship Barrels, Super Senior Championships, Adult Race final entry deadline - when first runner runs in each class
  • Thursday and Sunday Open 4D Barrel Races (including Derby): final entry deadline: Last 25 runners
